					The nurses in the delivery room said- "This is what is known as a 'slam dunk' birth"!   Sarah started having contractions at 4:45 a.m., we waited to make sure it was the real thing and then drove to the hospital, arriving at 6:40 a.m.  Emily was born an hour and 45 minutes later at 8:25 a.m.
